Rex Duff has been practicing law since 1985. He has done Criminal Law and Juvenile Law from the start. In 1991 he began doing Bankruptcy Law. He is proud of the fact that he arranges appointments to meet your work schedule. He operates three offices without using a paralegal. All legal work is done by the attorney only. Most Bankruptcy are completed and filed within 7 days of payment. He takes his work very serious, and does not file a case, that will not go through. Is Criminal experience includes Death Penalty cases, Murder trials, 1st degree robbery, and various drug charges. He is proud of the fact that he works for you, not the system. Mr. Duff looks for solutions to your charges, not quick deals! He enjoys Jury trials when necessary. In regards to Juvenile cases, Mr. Duff has done over 100 cases a year, for many years.
